A rose by any other name...
Paperless... that wasn’t the name it originally had but it works just as sweetly as the app formerly named ReceiptWallet.
Paperless - is the newly rebranded offering from Mariner Software. I’d been using ReceiptWallet from early on and the developer was responsive and helpful. I worked this app into my workflow so easily and it has been a great tool for me since day one.
“When you scan in each receipt or document, you enter a few pieces of information about it and then you can quickly and easily locate your receipts and documents. With Paperless, you can view the receipts right on the screen, print them, email them, or save them as PDFs.”
Scenario: Husband is doing the taxes, mumbles to wife “wish I knew what we paid in local taxes last year”. Wife fires up Paperless, searches on taxes and... “here’s the number you need.” (it happened, right before April 15)
Keeping online receipts is a snap because you can print to PDF within the Mac OS and once Paperless is installed “Save PDF to Paperless” becomes one of your available options under the “Print to PDF” menu.
If you hurry, you can get this as part of the mupromo.com bundle, which is an amazing deal but ends a little over 12 days from this post date!
